Dementia Care Mapping

Dementia Care Mapping (DCM) is a tool to establish a person-centred approach in dementia care in inpatient and partly inpatient facilities, with a focus on improving relative well-being in dementia patients. DCM may be applied in the care of dementia sufferers in formal care settings, i.e. in hospitals, care homes and day care.
